Description
GANTON GOLF CLUB, established in 1891, is located in North Yorkshire, England. The course was initially designed by Tom Chisholm and Robert Bird but modifications have been made since by a number of people and the layout of the course is a tribute to some of the most famous names in golf. Vardon, Ray, Braid, Taylor, Colt and MacKenzie who all contributed to make Ganton the unique challenge it is today. Their efforts have been rewarded with the Club playing host to the Ryder Cup, the Walker Cup and the Curtis Cup to name but a few.
