SWINLEY FOREST GOLF CLUB, established in 1909, is located in Swinley Forest, Ascot, Berkshire, England. Swinley Forest came into being thanks to Edward George Villiers Stanley, 17th Earl of Derby, who was a minister of the crown during the reign of Queen Victoria, and one of Sunningdale’s founder members. The course was designed by master designer Harry Colt over gently undulating heathland with crafty greens, false-fronts, and cunning run-offs.
