UTRECHTSE GOLF CLUB DE PAN, established in 1894 is located in Amersfoortseweg, Bosch en Duin in the Netherlands. Originally named as The Doornsche Golfclub it was renamed the Utrechtsche Golf Club De Pan in 1927 when it was moved to the current location in Bosch en Duin. The name of the club was changed to Utrechtsche Golf Club ‘de Pan’, based on the name of the terrain that was traditionally known as the ‘Panbos’. The new golf course was designed by the renowned English golf course architect Harry S. Colt where the De Pan course is tucked away in the forests outside Utrecht and one of the finest parkland golf courses in the world. continued..
